Bardy’s recent works are based on pictures found on social media accounts, including his own. ”We tend to build perfect images of ourselves on social media, but often the reality is different. In my work I ponder about my ideas of perfection, which is heavily shaped by consumption of rap music and everything that comes with it. The works could be described as a self-ironic ode to rap culture.”
